ABOUT THE OWNER - TINA WRIGHT

As we age, or when we experience illness, most of us want to live right where we have for years - among neighbors, church, and community. We find comfort in the familiar. However, when that isn't possible, we need personalized and loving care wherever we live. 

Wanting to give back to her community, Tina Parker Wright founded Wright By Your Side to serve an important need in her community for high-quality, dependable home care. As the owner and manager, Tina Parker Wright has over 25 years of experience in hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in-home care. Her experience also includes working with Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice patients. 

Tina brings all of this experience to her business and makes it her mission to provide professional, safe, and loving care to people who wish to stay in their own homes. She and her team offer practical tips to families and caregivers struggling to care for their loved ones who may be suffering or dealing with end of life issues.

Unforeseen circumstances can make the simplest of life's activities a challenge. The stress of leaving home can be profound. Being able to remain in your home allows you to maintain some level of independence and dignity by keeping you involved in the choices regarding your care.

MEET OUR TEAM


Our caregivers are carefully selected and receive hours of on-the-job training before we ever send them out into a home. In addition, they receive ongoing monthly continuing education and RN supervisory visits every 60 days.

KRYSTAL SCOTT

Administrative Manager
Krystal hires, trains, and supervises employees while assisting with daily operations. She has a Bachelors in Public Health with an emphasis on health education as well as a minor in International Development. She has 10 years of caregiver training and experience with graphic design and marketing.

LISA VANPELT

Human Resource Specialist
Lisa administers HR related documents and maintains employee records. She has over 5 years experience in HR roles. She specializes in verbal and written communication skills and team management skills.
